- Achievement of quarterly and annual new sales targets
- Cultivating and nurturing the relationships with our institutional clients to achieve strong retention, and to create new upsell & cross sell opportunities
- Managing all aspects of the sales life cycle from prospecting, pitching new business, hosting product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and closing
- Constantly providing client feedback to the business leads, regarding new initiatives and future product enhancement
